Q

Ideas on finding top quality doctors or specialists for patients/consumers?

Hello HSL, this is more of a consumer question, but I use DocFinder and the free access to Healthgrades to find doctors and specialists for patients. Do you have any other ideas or recommendations for websites that can locate top doctors or quality physicians by location? I've search the Doc finder type websites and other than lawsuits, there's no way to judge quality. Any ideas for other resources? Thanks lots for any help on this.

Hi,

This is an informative article --

One important qualification to look for is whether a physician is board certified in his or her specialty --

There are these doctor rating services, but they charge a fee and I can't vouch for their selection methods --
