How do I cite UpToDate "articles" in APA6th

We asked the Style Experts at APA this question.  This is the format they want us to use to cite Up to Date articles:

  1. Thank you, but UpToDate articles usually have both a Section Editor(s) and Deputy Editor(s). How do you cite different types of editor? Here is some info on citing for multiple editors.
