How do I import citations from the ISI Web of Science into my RefWorks account?

What import filter and database do I select within RefWorks?

Hello Jon,

ISI Web of Knowledge is owned by Thomson Reuters, and it seems that Refworks changed the search filter name at some point to reflect this.  From the import menu, try using "Thomson Reuters" as your "Import Filter/Data Source", then select "Web of Science" as your database.  Let me know if that doesn't work out for you, and we'll troubleshoot further!
