In AMA, it is like: Lamasil [package insert]. East Hanover, NJ: Sandoz Pharmaceuticals Corp; 1993.
And in APA, it is like: Sandoz Pharmaceuticals Corp. (1993). Lamasil [package insert]. East Hanover, NJ: Sandoz Pharmaceuticals Corp.

  1. What about a drug label, located via the FDA website... but when the link is clicked, it displays the manufacturer's pdf? Tricky!
