Who can check out books?

Any current student, faculty, staff member at UNC-CH (including the hospital) can check out circulating materials from the Health Sciences Library using their valid One Card or other picture ID. To check out material from other campus libraries you will need a valid One Card or UNC-Chapel Hill hospital badge.

Contact the library to find out how current students, faculty and staff can borrow material from Duke, NC Central, NC State, and all other UNC System schools, and all NC Community Colleges.

NC residents can purchase a borrower's card.
