There are several places you can get computer assistance around campus.

ITS offers a Help Desk at the Undergraduate Library or the Student and Academic Services Building. You can see the hours on the ITS Walk-In Support website.
ITS also offers email or chat help on the ITS help website.
You can call ITS at 919-962-HELP (962-4357).
The School of Medicine has its own IT help office in G 065 (1 floor down from the exit to the Health Sciences Library and Columbia St.).
